Today (Monday 21st November) marks the release of Kate’s 10th studio Album “50 Words For Snow” and the response from the press has been fantastic. Here’s a selection of what some publications have been saying about the record:

"For all the subtle beauty of the orchestrations, there's an organic, live feel, the sense of musicians huddled together in a room, not something that's happened on a Bush album before." - The Guardian (5/5)

Remarkable…” – Uncut (4/5 – Album of the Month)

Within a snowball's throw of the winter solstice, it's hard to imagine another record scaling the lambent reverie of 50 Words For Snow.” – Mojo (4/5)

She’s brilliant, sometimes inspired, and this tenth studio album finds her gifts undiminished. What really makes you go weak at the knees, though, is her imagination.” – Clash (9/10)

“‘50 Words For Snow’ is Kate Bush’s finest moment, a pinnacle in a career of pinnacles.” – Louderthanwar.com (10/10)

"A concept executed with grace, subtlety and just in time to soundtrack your Christmas. There's a depth and gravitas here that slowly reveals itself over repeated listens" – NME

A wintry companion to Aerial written and sung as exquisitely as you’d expect. As surprising and individual as ever… it lifts the heart and transforms your world…” - The Word

"It’s provocative sleight-of-hand on an LP that finds a universe of emotions in its wintery theme" – Rolling Stone

"50 Words For Snow goes beyond good taste, because it is as intriguing and eccentric as it is restrained …
" - The Times

"...a lush, immersive work which is sonically more homogeneous than her earlier albums..." - The Independent

"50 Words For Snow is an astounding piece of work unlike anything else."
- MTV

"It’s the sensual, seductive Bush we get throughout this sparse, wintery, piano-led slow-burner." – The List

"50 Words For Snow is the most inspired, unique and beautiful album of the year." - Holy Moly

"Bush follows up May's Director's Cut with a boldly stripped-down set that distils her off-kilter aesthetic to its purest essence" - Entertainment Weekly

"...a strange and beautiful disc of thematically linked songs about winter." - The Washington Post

"True to form, “50 Words for Snow” floats in its own enchanted cloud, a song cycle for subzero shut-ins." - Chicago Tribune
